• Must be 18+ years old to be eligible for this position 


• Crew members must be able to be to work consistently from Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Some weekends are required  May be required to work long hours on occasion 


• Crew members work outdoors in various weather conditions 


• Able to lift 50+ lbs. 


• Able to walk around construction sites safely 


• Maintain a positive attitude and work well with other team members 


• Drug/Alcohol-free workplace - Due to the nature of construction drug/alcohol use during work is not permitted 


• Transportation 

• Able to handle heavy equipment 


• Assist in applying waterproofing to foundations 


• Assist in the installation of footer drainage systems 


• Assist in digging/trenching 


• Assist in maintaining a safe work environment 


• Follow verbal and written instructions 


• Work as a team to complete projects 


• Spray coating/painting 


• Maintain truck and all equipment 


• Communicate with other construction personnel

• Construction Experience: 1 year (Preferred) 


• Waterproofing Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
