Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and flexible Teacher’s Aides to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to work well with lead teachers, directors, and staff, and a passion for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions while demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions provided by lead teachers and directors.
- Accept constructive feedback and work well as part of a team.
- Pay attention to details and maintain a high level of organization.
- Communicate effectively with lead teachers, directors, and other staff.
- Demonstrate excellent sanitizing techniques and maintain a clean environment.
- Engage with children during facilitated learning experiences.
- Assist with daily activities and contribute to a safe, nurturing atmosphere.
Required Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Basic Health & Safety certification.
- 2.5+ years of experience working in an approved childcare center.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
