Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Swatch Kits Builders. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate assembly and packaging of material swatch boxes for shipment. These kits serve as sample packages for customers and must be packed according to strict guidelines to ensure consistency and a premium unboxing experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

  Assemble Small (9” x 7” x 2”) and Large (13” x 13” x 3.5”) kraft swatch boxes.

  Carefully organize swatches in a specific order based on material and color:

    Boucle Fabric Swatches (Graphite → Pewter → Cafe → Ivory)

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Linen Weave Swatches (Dark Charcoal → Fog Grey → Dune → Light Linen)

    Rubberwood Swatches (Grey → Espresso → Walnut → Natural)

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Rug Swatches (Shadow → Silver → Bone)

    
    
  
  
  
  


• 
  

  Properly use kraft honeycomb paper for protective wrapping and aesthetic presentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Place Welcome Cards in the correct location on top of contents.

  
  


• 
  

  Secure boxes with kraft tape (edge-to-edge, not covering website text).

  
  


• 
  

  Apply shipping labels to the designated bottom area of each box.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all packing steps carefully to meet quality standards and packing SOP.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions precisely.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work efficiently and consistently to meet daily production targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Capable of standing for extended periods and performing light physical work (lifting up to 20 lbs).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in packing, assembly, or warehouse work preferred but not required.

  Good organizational and time management skills.
