We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the Shipping Department.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Efficiently process and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery 

• Utilize shipping software to generate labels, manifests, and other required documentation 

• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies 

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or defects 

• Maintain organized and well-documented shipping records 

• Coordinate with carriers for freight pickups and deliveries 

• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment for material handling 

• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

Requirements: 

• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments 

• Strong organizational and time management skills 

• Proficient in using shipping software and basic computer skills 

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds 

• Experience with forklift operation and material handling equipment is a plus

Schedule: 

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts 

• In-person work at our Stevensville location

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as percentages and ratios.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
