SALES SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are looking for a Sales Service Representative to join our growing staffing agency team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a results-driven approach. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing existing client accounts, and assisting with recruitment processes to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
Job Type & Compensation:
- Full-time position
- Base Salary: $50,000 per year + commission
- Bonus Plan: Weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying and targeting potential clients in need of staffing services.
- Manage client accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction, addressing inquiries, and identifying additional service needs.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling, to meet client staffing needs.
- Coordinate placements and ensure smooth transitions between candidates and clients.
- Resolve client issues related to staffing, placements, and payroll inquiries.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and candidate placements.
- Provide exceptional customer service through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industries.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Experience with CRM software and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
