Sales Representative
Job description
An established staffing agency is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to support and build their client base. The role involves qualifying cold leads, identifying potential clients, creating and delivering marketing campaigns and meeting with decision makers. To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate expertise in selling techniques, a proven track record in B2B sales and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a robust client pipeline for all of their locations.
Remuneration will be base plus weekly and monthly bonuses with total earning potential commensurate with your experience and results.
Responsibilities
Call 50-70 cold leads per day
Use of social media networks/job boards (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed) to look for and connect with potential clients;
Collaboration with hiring managers to ensure the successful completion of job orders
Developing and sending marketing emails and materials to clients
Developing a network of potential clients and industry professionals
Logging client information/activity in a CRM database
Supporting the overall sales team as required
We offer $45 base +weekly bonus +monthly commission.
B2B sales experience
Familiarity with CRM databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing)
Time management with the ability to handle multiple sales-related tasks simultaneously
