Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Safety Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards across all phases of construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of safety protocols, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety within the organization.




 




Responsibilities:




 





    1. Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.



    1. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.



    1. Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.



    1. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.



    1. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to provide updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.



    1. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.



    1. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making adjustments as needed to stay within budgetary constraints.



    1. Facilitate regular project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and closeout meetings, to review project status and address any issues or concerns.



    1. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reports.



    1. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.




 


Required Qualifications :

Requirements:


 



  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  2. 2-5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.

  3. Certification in Quality Control Management (CQMC) or equivalent.

  4. OSHA 30-Hour Occupational Safety Certification.

  5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

  7. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.

  8. Solid understanding of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques.

  9. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

  10. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  11. Commitment to upholding high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
