Production associate Job Responsibilities:

• Processes Debone, Breast Trim/Packout, Party Wings, and Tenders departments


• Put a cone on the moving line.


• Using a knife, cut the wing from the breast.


• Pull the skin from the breast.


• Using a knife, score the tenders from the ribs.


• Pull the breast from the carcass, inspect for bones and skin then toss fillet on the moving conveyor

• Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.


• Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.


• Able to stand for several hours.


• Work may include lifting (up to 50 lbs), reaching, bending, pushing boxes on conveyor assembly.
