• Fold, assemble, and package by hand different types and sizes of medical linen.

• Feed medical linens into the equipment.

• Place finished product onto conveyors or into carts, and dump slings of product onto work tables.

• Move loaded or empty carts/bins within the production area.

• Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards for the position.

• Working Conditions/Physical Environment.

• The temperature of the working environment may range from 60 degrees to 95 degrees, therefore candidates must be able to work in this environment constantly throughout the shift (8+ hours per day)

• The working atmosphere contains fumes, odors, dust, and dirt.

• Maybe exposed to soiled linen items. As a result, protective clothing must be worn on soil lines.

• Capability to stand in one place for 80% of the shift (8+ hours per day)


• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. Frequently.


• Requires the frequent use of both hands and arms


• Requires the frequent use of both hands and arms


• Requires the ability to lift overhead using both arms


• Capability to bend, twist, and squat as needed throughout the shift (8+ hours per day)

Basic Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older


• Must have reliable transportation


• Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check


• Functional ability to read, write, communicate, and perform basic math functions is required. Must be able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
