Job Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented On-Site Customer Representative to support our client’s headquarters in Salisbury, MD. This individual will play a key role in managing workforce attendance, assisting with payroll inquiries, enforcing workplace requirements, and serving as the primary point of contact for both employees and the client. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior staffing experience.


 


Key Responsibilities:




Employee Registration & Attendance Management:



  • Register employees on the clock and monitor daily attendance for two shifts.

  • Contact employees who did not report to work.


Payroll & Compliance Support:



  • Create tickets for payroll-related issues and explain weekly pay schedule (every Friday).

  • Reset the clock system when necessary.

  • Distribute pay cards to employees.


Workplace Compliance & Safety:



  • Ensure employees adhere to uniform requirements, including steel-toe boots and jewelry policies.

  • Express concerns if employees do not comply with workplace safety standards.




Hiring & Onboarding Support:





  • Conduct on-site drug tests.

  • Assist with secondary interviews for candidates referred


Employee & Client Relations:



  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance as needed.

  • Serve as a liaison between employees and the client, assisting with workforce-related concerns.





Required Qualifications :

Qualifications & Requirements:




  1. Previous experience in staffing, HR, or on-site workforce management preferred.




  2. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.




  3. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients.




  4. Must have a personal laptop to perform job duties.




  5. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and support multiple shifts.




  6. Business casual attire is required.



  7. Have your own vehicle 


Schedule & Compensation:




  1. Full-time, on-site role at the client’s Salisbury location.




  2. Competitive pay based on experience.
