Office Assistant at Commercial Laundry Services Company 



Location: Baltimore, MD 



Pay Rate: $19/hour


 


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at a growing commercial laundry service company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.





 


Key Responsibilities:




  • Enter vendor bills accurately into QuickBooks.




  • Generate and send invoices to clients.




  • Organize and file documents by vendor and category.




  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and office organization.




  • Visit the post office to collect and send mail as needed.




  • Assist in coordinating with vendors and responding to basic inquiries.




  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.




  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.





Required Qualifications :

Qualifications:




  • Basic computer skills are a must (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks experience preferred).




  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.




  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.




  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.




  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.




  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to the post office or vendors when needed.




  • Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish ideal).




Preferred Experience:




  • Previous experience in an office support or administrative role.




  • Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting basics is a plus.
