Office Assistant at Commercial Laundry Services Company
Location: Baltimore, MD
Pay Rate: $19/hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at a growing commercial laundry service company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our administrative operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter vendor bills accurately into QuickBooks.

Generate and send invoices to clients.

Organize and file documents by vendor and category.

Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and office organization.

Visit the post office to collect and send mail as needed.

Assist in coordinating with vendors and responding to basic inquiries.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:

Basic computer skills are a must (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks experience preferred).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Must have reliable transportation to travel to the post office or vendors when needed.

Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish ideal).
Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in an office support or administrative role.

Familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting basics is a plus.
