Our client manages over 850 homes in The Greater Baltimore Area. We are looking for a vibrant candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a Maintenance Technician

Applicants must be excellent communicators, highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and multi-task, and have superior customer service skills. Affordable housing experience is required. This position will report directly to our Field Maintenance Manager

Applicants must have an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:








      • Perform general maintenance and repairs in single family homes in Baltimore















      • Communicate effectively in verbal and written format with Tenants, Management, and Vendors















      • Regularly update work orders in AppFolio as work is completed















      • Trouble shoot a diagnose property repairs















      • Work to guarantee tenant satisfaction and company expectations









Required Qualifications :
Required skillsets:

  • General carpentry skills

  • Plumbing - set toilets, changing faucets, installing plumbing trim, etc.

  • Electrical - changing outlets, switches, installing fixtures, etc.

  • Installing cabinets

  • Hanging doors

  • Laying flooring

  • Drywall patching

  • Painting

  • Light demo

  • Light Framing

  • Punchout Items

  • Light concrete and landscaping


Other Qualifications:

  • Good Communication and Time Management Skills

  • Must Be Self-Motivated and Dependable

  • Team Player Attitude

  • Great Work Ethic
