Job Title: Day Shift Operator (Concrete Company)

Location: White Marsh

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift Hours: 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Shifts will range from 10 to 12 hours, with a consistent start time of 4:00 AM.

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Day Shift Operator. This role is ideal for someone looking for a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment. As an operator, you will be responsible for various manual labor tasks to support daily operations at our concrete company. No direct experience is required, and training will be provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as picking up boxes, pails, and cleaning equipment.


• Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks throughout the shift.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.


• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet operational goals.

Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Prerequisites:

• 
  

  Must have access to a reliable vehicle and be able to commute to work.

  
  


• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.


• 
  

  Ability to arrive on time and work the full shift (10-12 hours).

  
  


• 
  

  Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.

  
  


• While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time
