Position: In-House Trim Crew

Location: Greater Baltimore Area

Job Responsibilities:

• Painting: Apply paint to walls, trim, and other surfaces as needed.


• Drywall Patching and Point-Up: Repair and finish drywall to ensure a smooth and even surface.


• General Carpentry Skills: Perform various carpentry tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling wooden structures.


• Hanging Doors: Install and adjust doors to ensure proper fit and function.


• Installing/Repairing Cabinets and Trim: Fit and secure cabinets, trim, and moldings as required.


• Laying Flooring: Install various types of flooring including tiles, wood, and laminate.


• Light Demo: Conduct minor demolition work, including removing fixtures and structures.


• Light Framing: Construct and install basic framing structures for walls and partitions.


• Punch-Out Items: Complete final touch-ups and minor repairs to ensure quality and completeness.

Qualifications:

• Strong Background in Residential Carpentry: Proven experience in carpentry work within residential settings.


• Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate instructions and feedback.


• Additional Skills (a Plus): Light electrical work, plumbing, concrete work, and landscaping experience.
