What You’ll Do:

  Perform welding and fabrication using MIG, TIG, stick, and plasma cutter on steel and other metals

  
  


• 
  

  Read and interpret technical blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics

  
  


• 
  

  Cut, form, and assemble metal components for hydraulic and mechanical systems

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality workmanship in every weld

  
  


• 
  

  Work from job estimates and work orders accurately and independently

  
  


• 
  

  Use tape measure, calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure fit and finish

  
  

What You’ll Need to Bring:

• 
  

  5+ years welding/fabrication experience (MIG & TIG required)

  
  


• 
  

  Proficient in use of plasma cutter and metalworking tools

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and quality

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work consistently and reliably with minimal supervision

  
  


• 
  

  Basic math and measurement conversion skills (fractions, decimals, metric to standard)

  
  

Physical Requirements:

• 
  

  Standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)

  
  


• 
  

  Use of hands and arms for precise fabrication and assembly tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to operate equipment and tools in a safe and effective manner

  
  

Please note:
The company does not provide hand tools. Candidates must bring any hand tools required for the job. A toolbox may be kept on site. Additionally, candidates must supply their own welding helmet, welding gloves, and welder’s jacket.
