Shifts Available:
- Shift 1: Sunday 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM (with a half-hour lunch break)

Job Description:
As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our operations, ensuring the smooth coordination of shipments and optimizing routes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently coordinating and dispatching drivers to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Optimizing routes to minimize fuel costs and maximize efficiency.
- Communicating effectively with drivers and clients to provide updates on delivery status and address any issues that may arise.
- Monitoring transportation activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the dispatching process.
Hourly Range:
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work the specified shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Knowledge of transportation logistics and industry regulations is a plus.
