- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities:
- Manage the existing client base effectively.
- Handle calls to and from clients promptly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Make visits to client sites to provide excellent customer service.
- Generate opportunities through the existing customer base via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Manage a high-growth potential set of accounts contributing significantly to annual revenue.
- Create and distribute promotional materials as needed for the client base.
Required Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Energetic, outgoing, hardworking, organized, and an excellent team player.
- Preferred background in the staffing industry.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to oversee the processing of job order requests.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) is a plus.
