Job Title: CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, programming CNC machines, setting them up, operating them, and performing maintenance and repairs as needed. Our ideal candidate will have previous CNC programming experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to precision, ensuring our machines operate efficiently to meet our manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.


• Program CNC machines to meet production requirements.


• Set up and operate various CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, multi-axis lathes with robotics, horizontal milling machines with pallet systems, and Wire EDM.


• Familiarity with Haas, Mazak, Makino, and Doosan controls is preferred but not required.


• Maintain and repair CNC equipment as necessary to ensure optimal performance.


• Ensure that all produced parts meet quality specifications.


• Perform quality checks on finished products to uphold standards.


• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


• Communicate effectively with team members and management to support production objectives.


• Adhere to all quality and safety codes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably using a CAM system (Mastercam is a plus).


• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints accurately.


• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.


• Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.


• A keen eye for detail and precision.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities.


• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
