Job Description: Client Success Specialist


 

Overview: The Client Success Specialist will coordinate the development and implementation of customer service initiatives for existing clients while identifying marketing and sales strategies to expand business opportunities.




Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding service issues.

  • Coordinate regular customer service activities to enhance client retention and encourage add-on services.

  • Provide exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction, responding promptly to calls and emails.

  • Visit client sites as needed to deliver direct customer service.

  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to address additional client needs and identify growth opportunities through regular client interaction.

  • Continuously develop strategies and methods to improve the client experience.

  • Generate and distribute promotional materials to the existing client base.

  • Utilize software tools, including HubSpot, for inbound customer service and related marketing/sales efforts.





Required Qualifications :

Qualifications:




  1. Education:



    • Associate’s degree in marketing or a closely related field (foreign equivalent accepted).




  2. Experience:



    • Minimum of 12 months in a customer service-oriented position.

    • At least 3 months of experience working with HubSpot, or completion of 3 college credits involving the use of HubSpot.




  3. Travel:



    • Ability to travel locally and regionally up to 30% of work time to visit client sites and ensure comprehensive customer service.






Skills:



  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM software, specifically HubSpot.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
