Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Bilingual Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our laundry facility. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need to have prior laundry experience but should possess a strong work ethic, a solid understanding of basic tools, and hands-on mechanical experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment within the laundry facility.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime.


• Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.


• Assist in preventive maintenance tasks to prolong equipment lifespan and ensure safety standards.


• Respond to urgent repair needs as they arise during facility operation.


• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the facility operates efficiently.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a hands-on mechanic or maintenance worker is preferred.


• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems.


• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.


• Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for long periods.


• Must be Bilingual (Spanish and English) 


• Must have welding skills
