What You’ll Do In a Typical Day
Description

What You’ll Do In a Typical Day
- Read drawings at mid-level. Vario, RCS, LPS, RF, VQ, and Uni-portal tables
- Gather and stage material
- Understand required material to accurately assemble products
- Preparation of templates and setup Jig
- Support Team Lead with early training to assembly apprentice
- Prepare and cut necessary timber products as required by drawings or directed by Team Leader.
- Work with Team Leader to improve productivity measures
- Use of defined Personal protection equipment at all times
- Use of all tools and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with given training; notify Team Leader immediately of any non-functioning safety guards or hazardous…
- Supervised use of overhead crane on standard products only (operation certificate required, where applicable)
Required Qualifications :
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Experienced in carpentry
- Tools (tape measure, power tools, circular saw, table saw, forklift, Miter saw, Crane)
- Read drawings at mid-level
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical labor in accordance with OSHA lifting regulations
- Walk and stand for long periods of time and work in all weather conditions)
Additional Requirements
- Understand, follow and transmit oral instructions in English
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
