APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our team at an apartment complex in Towson. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the apartment community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs


• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure proper functioning of all systems


• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents


• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner


• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities


• Assist with apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents


• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property grounds


• Collaborate with the property management team to identify and address any maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role


• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Have its own tools
